These Terms & Conditions set out the key rules for using VR Studio services, including bookings, vouchers and passes.
By making a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions set out the key rules for using VR Studio services, including bookings, vouchers and passes.
By making a booking or purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings and Refunds
VR Studio does not provide refunds for either completed or unused bookings.
- Bookings apply to a specific date and time.
- In accordance with Article 38(12) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.
- For birthday parties, private events and corporate events, VR Studio may require either full payment or the deposit amount shown during the booking process.
- If the booking includes extras ordered individually from external suppliers, in particular a cake or pizza, the required deposit may include 100% of the value of those extras.
- The paid deposit confirms the date and secures organisational costs. In the event of cancellation or withdrawal from the event, the deposit is non-refundable, especially in the part covering individually ordered extras.
- A booking may be rescheduled once to another date if the request is made no later than 48 hours before the planned visit.
3. Late Arrival
- The customer is required to arrive on time for the booked session.
- Arrival more than 15 minutes late, without prior notice to VR Studio, may make it impossible to extend the session and, in extreme cases, may make it impossible to provide the service at all, without any right to a refund or reschedule.
4. Age and Minors
- The minimum participant age is 9 years.
- Minors may use the services only with the consent and under the supervision of a legal guardian.
- VR Studio reserves the right to refuse the service if the age requirement is not met.
5. Safety and Liability
- VR Studio services should not be used by persons with medical contraindications, in particular epilepsy or balance disorders.
- The customer uses the equipment at their own risk and is required to follow staff instructions.
- The customer is financially liable for damage caused through their fault.
- Staff may stop the session without refund if the rules are broken or if safety is at risk.
6. Electronic and Physical Vouchers
Electronic vouchers are activated immediately after purchase. If the customer agrees to immediate activation, they lose the right to withdraw from the agreement (Article 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).
- Electronic vouchers are open-ended and do not expire.
- A voucher may be transferred to another person.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- The same rules also apply to physical vouchers if the code is activated at the time of purchase.
7. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint handling and redress procedures. Detailed information is available from consumer ombudsmen, consumer organisations and the Trade Inspection authorities in Poland.
Consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
8. Force Majeure
VR Studio is not liable for failure to perform or interruption of the service due to circumstances beyond its control, in particular technical failures or random events. Unused time does not expire and may be used on another date.
