Voucher Terms & Conditions
These terms set out the rules for purchasing, activating, redeeming, withdrawing from and complaining about VR Studio vouchers.
Effective from 01.03.2026.
1. Service provider
The service provider and voucher seller is:
- VR Studio Sp. z o.o.
- ul. Józefa Dietla 50, 31-039 Kraków
- NIP: 6762587426
- E-mail: kontakt@vrstudio.pro
- Telefon: +48 501 877 305
2. Voucher types
- A voucher may be electronic (PDF e-voucher sent by e-mail) or physical (gift voucher or voucher BOX).
- A voucher entitles the holder to a VR session within the scope shown on the voucher, including duration and number of people.
- VR Studio vouchers have no expiry date unless a specific product or promotion clearly states otherwise.
- A voucher is not personal and may be transferred to another person.
3. Purchase and activation
- Vouchers may be purchased through the VR Studio online shop or directly at VR Studio.
- An e-voucher is activated immediately after payment and sent as a PDF to the e-mail address provided during purchase.
- A physical voucher is activated after payment. Its code may also be sent in the purchase confirmation e-mail before the physical voucher is collected or delivered.
- A physical voucher may be collected at VR Studio or shipped according to the delivery option selected during purchase.
4. Voucher redemption
- Voucher redemption requires booking a date at vrstudio.pro/rezerwacja or contacting VR Studio.
- The voucher code must be provided during booking and may also be verified on site.
- A voucher is redeemed once for a VR session matching its parameters. After redemption, the code is marked as used.
- If the selected booking exceeds the voucher scope, the customer pays the difference according to the current price list.
- A voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
- For an electronic voucher or a physical voucher activated immediately after purchase, the customer requests activation before the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal under Article 38(1) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.
- Sending an active physical voucher code by e-mail means that the service entitlement has started, regardless of later delivery of the physical gift form.
- Activated vouchers are therefore non-refundable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
6. Complaints
- Complaints about purchase, delivery or voucher code operation may be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@vrstudio.pro.
- A complaint should include the customer name, purchase e-mail address, order number or voucher code and a description of the issue.
- VR Studio responds to complaints within 14 days of receiving a complete submission.
7. Final provisions
- The general VR Studio terms also apply to voucher use, including safety rules, minimum participant age and late arrival rules.
- VR Studio may update these terms while respecting acquired rights of customers who purchased vouchers before the change.
